Cooking time 12 - 15 minutes
You will needs:
1. Heat the butter in the pan and fry the onion, pepper, chopped tomatoes
until just soft.
2. Beat the eggs, add the cooked macaroni and season well.
3. Pour into the onion mixture and scramble VERY SLOWLY indeed.
4. Serve on the hot toast.
Piprade
Follow recipe as above, but omit the pasta.
