Serves: 41. Sauté pork chops in oil until golden brown.
2. Reserve 2 tablespoons of pan drippings for stuffing.
3. Place pork chops in baking dish.
4. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
5. Pour 1/4 cup of Dr. Pepper around chops.
6. Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in the heated Dr. Pepper and set aside.
Stuffing
1. For stuffing, combine bread crumbs, carrots, onion, reserved pan drippings, beaten egg and bouillon cube mixture.
2. Toss together lightly and divide in four equal portions.
3. Top each chop with stuffing.
4. Cover chops with foil and bake at 150 degrees C (300 degrees F) for 45 minutes.
5. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
