Pork Toasties Back to Supper page

Cooking time 8 minutes

You will need:

1 large can pork luncheon meat
toast
little mustard
little butter

1. Cut luncheon meat into slices.
2. Cover pieces of hot butter toast with a little mustard then the luncheon meat.
3. Brush with butter.
4. Grill steadily, turning the meat once, so both sides are hot and golden brown.
5. Serve with pickles - chutney or grilled tomatoes.
