Serves: 2 1. Arrange fish fillets or steaks on a broiler pan, season, and spread with a coating of mayonnaise.

Total Time: 20 minutes
2. Sprinkle with paprika, or minced parsley, or snipped chives.
3. Broil until mayonnaise is puffed and golden brown and fish is done to your taste.
