Cooking time 6 - 10 minutes
You will need:
In order to save time, buy the ready cooked cod's roe
1. Cut roe into slices.
2. Fry rashers of bacon until just crisp. Lift on to hot dish.
3. Add a little extra fat if necessary, fry the cod's roe until golden and hot.
4. Serve with watercress or fried tomatoes.
