You will need:
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 tablespoon salad cream
1 teaspoon essence of anchovies
capers
salad
1. Cut the egg in half.
2. Remove yolks carefully, sieve and mix with salad cream and anchovy essence.
3. Pipe or pile this mixture into the egg white shells.
4. Garnish with capers and salad.
