We kept them on the mild side. If you like your salsa hot, add more chiles or black pepper to the mix.

PREP: 20 minutes plus 1 hour to chill

1. From lime, grate 1/2 teaspoon peel and squeeze 2 tablespoons juice.
2. In medium bowl, mix lime peel and juice with remaining ingredients, stirring gently to combine.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
4. May be refrigerated up to 2 days.

Makes about 3 cups.
