Chicken and Broccoli Bake Back to Chicken page

1. Preheat the oven to 177 degrees C.
2. Place the chicken in a 23 x 33 cm baking pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Top each chicken piece with a slice of cheese.
4. Arrange the broccoli over the cheese.
5. In a small bowl, combine the soup and wine; pour over the chicken.
6. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top then drizzle with the melted butter.
7. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken and the juices run clear.
